
LVLFi offers a unique way for Health and Life Insurance companies to engage customers through mobile apps and games, ultimately attempting to incentivise these customers to live healthier lifestyles which lowers their risk for chronic disease and in so doing, lowers claims to the Insurer.
Secondly, LVLFi’s Quest platform is used to educate and provide assistance on purchasing additional insurance (protection). Because the medium that drives this activity is digital, LVLFi can provide advanced analytics about individual engagement for Insurer’s data analytics and actuary model building.
LVLFi works with partner organisations, to deliver a configured mobileapplication (app) for their insured populations to download to their mobile phones. Within the application, their insured can access LVLFi’s proprietary app and games platform. The platform has gamification techniques to drive customers to take more steps to proactively improve their health.

LVLFi’s app tracks the user’s steps and other activity, allowing these users to convert their steps into in-game rewards. Real world prizes are offered to the users, for completing various challenges as agreed with the client.
LVLFi has used gamification and behavioural economics to develop a platform of application and games designed on the research and recommendations of Post-Doctoral scientists from Imperial University and decades of published science. LVLFi has had positive testing results with both smaller trial populations (20% increase in average steps, one user with 100% increase) and with larger insurers, including with a Fortune 100 health insurer and their obese population (19% increase in average steps over 8 months).
